I grew up in a small town in Wyoming and had an ordinary childhood with extraordinary people in my life helping shape and navigate my way to college.

I attended college in Casper WY/University of North Dakota graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy.  Following graduation I moved to Rapid City and worked at the Behavior West Hospital for 3.5 years as a both a staff and supervising OT before moving to Chicago, Il.  While in Chicago I worked at Misericordia Home, a facility for individuals with developmental disabilities, and attended The Chicago School Of Massage Therapy.   Following massage school I returned to the Black Hills and worked a variety of OT settings.  I also attended the Academy of Lymphatic Studies and learned Manual Lymph Drainage coupled with Complete Decongestive Therapy.

While I enjoyed all the settings and people I worked with being an OT, massage school had opened my mind to a new world that I didn’t know existed.  I had a very western medicine mind and a new interest in helping yourself and healing yourself.  So after an unexpected illness I attended my first Craniosacral Class.  I was hooked.  Over the next five years I attended Craniosacral II, SamatoEmotional Release I, SamatoEmotional Release II and Advance Craniosacral Therapy classes.  This journey has shaped and changed my life.

My desire for learning will never end.  The human body and spirit is so amazing.  I am now working to learn Visceral Manipulation.  Did you know your organs also move in your body?  I have attended Visceral Manipulation I and II and am anxiously awaiting my next journey into III.  

I also love being outside doing anything, spending time having adventures with my family and exploring.
